COPPER BRAID WIRE
TINNED COPPER BRAID / SLEEVE
A flexible conductor made by braiding fine tinned copper wires. It can be formed to suit the connection layout and available space, and is used for electrical connections and grounding in transformers, switchgear and other power equipment.
Braided Bonding Jumper
Copper braid fitted with terminals for grounding and bonding. Its flexible construction accommodates different connection positions and available space.
GV Grounding Wire
Insulated grounding wire fitted with terminals. Length and terminal dimensions are reviewed to suit the installation.

Manufacturing experience
since 1992
Founded as Duckwoo Electric in 1992, DUCKWOO WON manufactures electrical connection components.
We produce copper conductor components for power generation and distribution equipment, including tinned copper braid, tinned stranded wire, flexible conductors and bonding jumpers. Alongside our standard range, we review manufacturing specifications based on customer drawings and operating conditions.

Thank you for visiting DUCKWOO WON. Since 1992, we have manufactured copper-based electrical connection components, including tinned copper braid, flexible conductors, tinned stranded wire and bonding jumpers. Our in-house processes cover wire drawing, tin plating, braiding and terminal fabrication. We make standard products and manufacture to customer drawings and operating requirements. We are certified to ISO 9001 for quality management and supply customers in Korea, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. We will continue to pay close attention to every strand and make products that meet our customers' expectations. Thank you for your continued trust and support.

- Expanded and relocated the plant to Paju, Gyeonggi-do
- Registered as a materials supplier to Hyundai Engineering & Construction
- Signed an annual unit-price contract with KEPCO for underground cable joints
- Registered as a SIEMENS (Germany) supplier and began regular supply of flexible conductors
- Registered as a qualified KEPCO supplier for underground cable joints
- Filed a patent application for a manufacturing method for copper braid and grounding conductors (Application No. 1020070125721)
- Appointed the Korean distributor of CELLPACK (Switzerland)
- Achieved USD 1.5 million in exports for 2006

What should I send with an inquiry?
Please tell us the product, application and quantity. A drawing showing the cross-section, length, width, thickness, terminal shape and bolt-hole dimensions helps us review your requirements.
Can you manufacture to our drawing?
We review drawings for flexible conductors, bonding jumpers and other products. Please include the operating current and installation conditions so we can assess feasibility and the required specifications.
Can I use the catalogue current values directly?
These values come from our catalogue. The permissible current depends on ambient temperature, allowable temperature rise, installation and cooling conditions, and the connection method. Review these conditions before use.
